Athletics Meet (20 & 27/02/2017)

Our school’s 37th Athletics Meet was held at Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground on February 20 and 27.

On the first day, Miss Lee, our school chaplain, first prayed for fine weather and she encouraged all the athletes to try their best in the events.

Next, Principal Lee gave us an opening speech, highlighting the importance of perseverance and inviting the cheering teams to support their houses. This helped students inspire their self-confidence, enthusiasm and morale.

English and Debate Fun Learning Day (25/02/2017)

To help primary school students further develop their English language, our School Promotion Committee and English Department organized an English debate workshop and a debate demonstration on 25 February 2017. Our debate team members helped facilitate the workshop for more than 50 primary school pupils coming from 7 different schools. Winning in an Inter-school Debating Competition (Chinese Debate Team) (24/02/2017)

Our Chinese Debate Team defeated (3-0) delegations from Choi Hung Estate Catholic Secondary School in an Inter-school Debating Competition held on 24 February 2017 over the motion that human beings should halt the development of Artificial Intelligence. Lau Cheuk Ying from 3D was named the best speaker. We congratulate on their victory and look forward to watching their next match.


A Performance by Jingkun Theatre (24/02/2017)

As part of the Chinese learning, our school successfully invited Jingkun Theatre led by famous artists Tang Yuen-ha and Geng Tianyuan to come to our school and a fantastic show was performed in front of all of us. Some of the lines and tonal changes also require the performer to have a broad range and rich voice as well as a flamboyant yet elegant flair, along with some coy charm and forthright appeal. We all enjoyed the drama and deepen our insights into Chinese Literature.


S.6 High Table Tea (17/02/2017)

Since Form Six students are leaving our school and getting ready for the public examination, a high table tea was arranged after school on 17th February to show our support to them. Principal Lee and teachers had sharing with Form Six students giving them tips and encouragement in facing the challenges on the HKDSE while enjoying the delicious refreshments.


Religious Week (17/02/2017)

Religious Week took place from the 13th to the 17th of February, involving various religious activities including a hymn sharing, an evangelistic talk, booth games, fellowship meetings for our schoolmates to allow them to see the fun in knowing more about Christianity. A Visit to True Light Villa District Elderly Community Centre (03/02/2017)

Out of Christian love, we paid a visit to True Light Villa District Elderly Community and showed our concern to those less fortunate than us. The senior citizens have contributed almost their whole lives to our society and we would like to repay them with respect and reverence. The service also helps promote the spirit of care and respect for older persons, and contributes to the building of an age-friendly community.


Eco Tour for S2 Students (24/01/2017)

To encourage students to learn more about ecological protection and experience organic farming, our school organized a happy Eco-tour for our S2 students in the New Life Interactive Farm right after the first term examination. They also experienced the hardship of being a “farmer”, thus widening their horizons.
