The Second Chinese Literature Award

S5D PANG Ching-yee was awarded a merit in the second Chinese Literature Award held by the Chinese Language Department of Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. Ching-yee’s work ‘The Love of Santa Claus’ entered the competition titled “A Kind of Non-existent Thing” and it will be published in literary magazines.

The Vivid World of Chinese Characters’ Exhibition

The Chinese character culture has a long history and is closely related to our life. A Visit to Hong Kong Public Records Office (PRO)

To arouse students’ interest in history, S4 History students had a visit to the Hong Kong Public Records Office (PRO) on 2 July 2019. Students were able to understand more about the work on records management and preservation of archival collections in the HKSAR government.

Little ones Big dreams: The Sound of Pearl echoes in Vienna and Salzburg

“The voice of angels! How beautiful!”, a French couple were so moved by the True Light girls’ singing Vivaldi’s Gloria & Laudamus Te at Vienna’s Peterskirche. Altogether 41 girls, 21 Primary and 20 Secondary, went on the tour from 24th June to 3rd July 2019 to share music with people they meet.

Cooking King – Joint School Cooking Competition 2019

S2D Kong Yee Ki, Chow Hiu Ching and Choi Lok Hei Hailey participated in a joint school cooking competition organized by The Church of Christ in China Kung Lee College, and won the third place. Congratulations to the winners!

Girl Guides Camp

Our school’s girl guides enjoyed a camp at Lady MacLehose Hoilday Village, having fun in its recreational area including archery and rock climbing. An enrolment ceremony was also held during the camp.
