Canadian Week (15-17/03/2017)

This week we are honoured to have invited Miss Sarah, Jessie, Rachel and Mr Thomas from Vanguard College to share Canadian Cultures and talk with us. They helped us to recognize despite physical differences, all human populations are in fact similar that we all need love even though we live in different parts of the world. We want to say thank you very much for all you did for us and we wish you have a wonderful time in Hong Kong.


Religious School Assembly—Theme of the Year Musical (14/03/2017)

Environmental Protection Week (6-10/03/2017)

The Environmental Protection Week was from March 6 to 10, 2017 to enhance and foster the environmental protection awareness of students and staff. Through a series of activites including booth games, drama, plant potting, we get to know the fun and importance of saving our planet by greening our lives.


A Visit to True Light Villa District Elderly Community Centre (03/02/2017)

Out of Christian love, we paid a visit to True Light Villa District Elderly Community and showed our concern to those less fortunate than us. The senior citizens have contributed almost their whole lives to our society and we would like to repay them with respect and reverence. The service also helps promote the spirit of care and respect for older persons, and contributes to the building of an age-friendly community.


Eco Tour for S2 Students (24/01/2017)

To encourage students to learn more about ecological protection and experience organic farming, our school organized a happy Eco-tour for our S2 students in the New Life Interactive Farm right after the first term examination. They also experienced the hardship of being a “farmer”, thus widening their horizons.


Awarded in “Healthy without Alcohol” campaign (11/01/2017)

Our schoolmates were awarded in “Healthy without Alcohol” campaign lauched by the University of Hong Kong. Supported by the HKU School of Public Health, the campaign aims to step up efforts to combat underage drinking. We are honoured to be part of this movement.

Qipao (Cheongsam) Expo (17/12/2016)

We are honoured to have joined the Qipao Expo which was held on 17 Dec 2016 at The Grand Stage, Western Market. Assisted by Mr Lam Yuk Fai, Executive Director of Art Building Character (ABC) Foundation Limited, our S.3 students beautifully designed various styles of Cheongsam and grasped new qipao etiquette. They finished the fashion show successfully, receiving lots of applause, attention and positive affirmation.

Study and Service Tour to Wuzhou, Guangxi (16/12/2016)

In late November (24 – 27 November, 2016), we organized a study and service tour to Wuzhou to enhance students’ understanding of the development of our country’s agricultural villages. We also wanted to help them experience the school environment of rural China to see how education is different from that in larger cities, and to cultivate the virtue of serving others through their contact with a local school. S6 Mentorship Programme (16/12/2016)

The Mentorship Programme 2016 – 2017 was officially launched on 16th December, 2016. The programme aims at fostering a spirit of mutual support and a close bond between past and present students while also allowing mentees to have a better understanding of different future study possibilities, as well as careers, through interacting with their mentors.


S3 Excursion to Mainland (2-3/12/2016)

On 2nd and 3rd December, all S3 students went on a two-day, one-night excursion to Zhongshan and Dongguan. By visiting museums and other popular attractions about two Chinese historical figures, students had a better understanding about the life of Mr. Sun Yat-sen and Mr. Lin Ze-xu. Such learning opportunities greatly enhanced the students’ interests in exploring the history of our home country.
