To enhance students’ understanding of the school’s history and the historical connections between Hong Kong and Guangdong, our school, in collaboration with True Light Girls’ College, visited the exhibition titled “From the Bund to the Harbour: Canton and Hong Kong Reconnected” organized by the Department of Chinese and History at City University of Hong Kong, the Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum, and Link Real Estate Investment Trust.

The event was led by Miss Lau Man Wai and Mr. Hong Yuk Chi, with 20 Form 4 and Form 5 students participating. During the exhibition, students explored three sections: “Rising Along the River,” “Diverse Architecture,” and “Memories of Guangdong and Hong Kong.” This experience not only deepened students’ understanding of the school’s history but also allowed them to revisit the connections and interactions between the two regions in the past.
