Virtual Reality Programming Workshop
The vice principal and a teacher from a Japanese vocational school specialising in computer programming visited our school to deliver a virtual reality programming workshop. In collaboration with Dai-ichi Japanese Language and Culture School, the workshop was conducted in Japanese and introduced students to fundamental programming concepts and the immersive world of virtual reality, creating a meaningful integration of Japanese language learning and information technology education.
Kowloon True Light School consistently emphasises global education by offering a diverse selection of foreign language courses to S1–S3 students, including French, Spanish, and Japanese. This academic year, Japanese has been introduced as an elective subject for senior form students for the first time. Through this workshop, students gained a deeper appreciation for both the practical value and the unique joy of learning Japanese.
