STEM Week
In order to stimulate students’ interest in science knowledge and to experience the convenience and fun brought by technology, the STEM week was successfully held from 30 May to 2 June. A wide range of interesting science activities and booths were organized, including flying drones, pH testing, DNA sequencing game, chemistry mini-experiment and robotics competitions. Students also got hands-on experience making rocket cars and challenged the fastest record. In addition, an interclass wood structure weight-bearing contest was held, in which students applied their knowledge to design wooden structures on maximal weight lifting performance. Students were enthusiastic about learning science and these activities provided them with an opportunity to put cutting-edge technology into practice.
