From 27 September to 3 October, our senior students from the Chemistry and Biology departments participated in the MILSET Expo-Sciences International 2025 in Abu Dhabi. The expo welcomed 46 countries and showcased over 700 projects. The Chemistry department presented a project titled “Comparing the Efficiencies of Microbial Fuel Cells with Different Fruits, Salt Bridges, and Membranes,” while the Biology department showcased “De Novo Therapeutics: Targeting PDEδ in Pancreatic Cancer KRAS Signaling.”

Not only did students exchange scientific knowledge with peers from around the globe, but they also nurtured their creativity by exploring new research topics and ideas. In addition to participating in the science expo, students visited various attractions, including TeamLab Phenomena and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. Our students found this trip to be rewarding, broadening their horizons across various scientific disciplines.
