Young Voices Take the Stage at TED Talk Pro. Jr.
On Saturday morning, 1 November, primary students from various schools came together for TED Talk Pro. Jr., a public speaking workshop and competition designed to build confidence and communication skills. Organized by our English Department, the event aimed to help young learners become more confident and expressive speakers.
Our guest speaker, Ms. Michele Ho, a university lecturer and experienced public speaker, shared practical tips on connecting with an audience and expressing ideas effectively. Supported by our dedicated student helpers, participants learned how to craft and deliver engaging speeches. Some students joined the competition and delivered outstanding presentations.
The event was an inspiring celebration of young voices finding confidence and purpose on stage.
