Our school was invited by the Education Bureau to participate in the opening ceremony of the special exhibition “Standing Together for Peacebuilding: Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of Victory in the War of Resistance in Guangdong and Hong Kong” hosted by the Hong Kong Museum of the War of Resistance and Coastal Defence. The event was officiated by Mr Cheuk Wing-hing, GBS, JP, Deputy Chief Secretary for Administration of the HKSAR Government. Representing the school, our students presented heartfelt cards and flowers to Ms Lam Chun and Mr Tse Cheung-hing, veterans of The East River Column and the Hong Kong-Kowloon Independent Brigade, in gratitude for their courageous and selfless contributions during the War of Resistance Against Japan.
