With a view to investigating the economy of nations connected by the “One Belt One Road” strategy, we organized a trip to Russia. 9 of our students, together with Principal Lee, joined an exchange trip to a “mysterious” nation – Russia and its captial, Moscow. During the trip, they received the chance of visiting some famous local Chinese enterprises and the Chinese embassy. Integrating the insights given by pre-trip assignments, teachers’ advice and interviews with the local Chinese, they got a much deeper understanding of the economy of Russia and the potential benefits created by the One Belt One Road initiative.
