The 15th Hong Kong Secondary School “Bi-literacy and Tri-linguicism” Elites Competition organized by the Rotary Club of Hong Kong Island West and the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers was completed between January and April 2018. After the preliminary, semi-final and final competitions, the outstanding Chinese writing of S4A SO Fung-chi was recommended by the judges and awarded the best Chinese article. The organizers have compiled all the good works for a book and a conference was conducted successfully on January 26.
