Good news from our English Debate Team again
On 18 October, junior members of our English Debate Team, including Leung Hang Ping Adelaide (S1), Ahmad Alima and Yong Theng Sim (S2), won the first round of Hong Kong Secondary School Debating Competition in Term 1. The motion was “This house would teach rap lyrics in English language and literature curricula.” Alima was awarded “Best Speaker” and commended for her composure and compelling rebuttals. Congratulations to all our budding debaters!
