On 8 July 2024, our school hosted 30 English teachers from Guangdong Province as part of an in-service training program organized by the Centre for Language Education and Multiliteracies Research (CLMER) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and commissioned by the Education Bureau. The visit included an introduction to our school’s vision, sharing of English learning and teaching practices, lesson observations with feedback, and a Q&A session. The event concluded with a tour of our learning facilities, including De Xin Academy. This visit facilitated professional exchanges between teachers from both regions, benefiting all participants greatly.
