On 20 November, Malaika-Rania (S2) and Wong Yuet Ki (S4), our Student Ambassadors, were invited to conduct tea brewing demonstrations at the Chinese Music Tea Ceremony Workshop organized by Haw Par Music. Together with the professional tea masters, students shared different types of tea leaves and conducted demonstrations of brewing premium Chinese tea. Guests indulged themselves with calming aroma from tea leaves while listening to the vibrant live music performed by the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra at Haw Par Mansion, a Grade I historic building with prominent Chinese Eclectic architectural style in Hong Kong. The elegant and interactive tea experiences by our students were highly appreciated by guests and professional tea masters, and Principal Lee was also present to show her support.
