“Studio in School – The School of Play” Programme
Our National and Social Caring Committee was selected for “Studio in School – The School of Play” programme, organized by “Make A Difference Institute” (MaD). Working together with the artist group “Mudwork”, workshops were held to expand students’ horizon through learning about the importance of public spaces and community bonding. On 7 December, our students exhibited four sets of woodwork installations they made together at school. To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the school, “True Light Quadrangle Lampshade Decoration” has been made based on the concepts of True Light campus and traditional Chinese architecture “Siheyuan” and the installation was engraved with our school emblem. In addition, there are also a lighting desk, a wooden music box, and a circular board play installation with different themes to promote Chinese culture and encourage positive behaviour and conduct among students.
