“Animal Sesame Tangyuan” Workshop
In order for students to relieve stress and learn to make traditional Chinese festive food, our school organised an “Animal Sesame Tangyuan” workshop taught by Ms. Wong Kwan Yu of the Home Economics Panel after the first-term exam. Students creatively crafted their sweet dumplings in different animal shapes, amidst a festive and joyous atmosphere. Afterwards students brought home their chewy and cute-looking dessert to share with their families.
