“School Motto and the Tradition of Propriety – Rethinking Character Education in Schools” Seminar
On 18 June 2022, the Hong Kong Institute for Promotion of Chinese Culture organised a seminar on the theme of “School Motto and the Tradition of Propriety – Rethinking Character Education in Schools”, in which Professor Si Chung Mou of the Department of Chinese Language Studies of the Education University of Hong Kong, presented the findings of a study on school mottos in Hong Kong. Ms. Leung Ching Wan and Ms. Cheung Man were invited to be the guest speakers in the Q&A session to discuss how to build positive values in students through teaching.
