The Joint-Section Graduation Ceremony of Kowloon True Light School took place on 15 July. Our School Supervisor Rev. Chan Chi Kin delivered the opening speech and Ms. Choi Man Kwan Alice, JP, District Officer (Kowloon City) of the Home Affairs Department gave graduates words of encouragement and presented their graduation certificates. Representatives of P6 and S6 graduates also gave speeches recalling all the precious memories of their colourful school life, while expressing their heartfelt gratitude to True Light. The Graduation Evening featured a drama performance and a lantern parade staged by S6 graduates. As part of our school’s tradition, the lantern parade embodies the school motto “Thou art the light of the world”. The light effects had been meticulously designed and rehearsed by the students. The parade was not only a spectacular celebration but also signified that our graduates will shine bright and shine far in the future.
