All S3 students participated in the Innovative Heritage Education Program organized by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Lingnan University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Arts Centre. During the course of the six workshops, students learned the skills in making traditional Cheongsam from the Cheongsam master and created their fashion illustrations of contemporary Cheongsam with the help of a fashion designer. 15 beautifully made Cheongsams were chosen by the Hong Kong Arts Centre for a public display in the Annual Showcase from 5 to 28 August and received positive feedback from the guests.
