To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Chinese Department held a riddle-guessing activity called “Mid-Autumn Festival Riddles.” The interesting riddles which marvelously festooned the campus captured students’ attention, creating a festive atmosphere. Students with the correct answers to the riddles were given lanterns as gifts. This activity not only helped students to understand the fun and wisdom of Chinese values, but also to appreciate the cultural connotation and beauty of traditional Chinese festivals.
