To celebrate the 150th anniversary of Kowloon True Light School, the school invited Hins Cheung, a popular singer in Hong Kong, to perform at the annual variety show. The four True Light schools, together with the Primary and Kindergarten Section organized a series of celebration events, including student recitals, sports tournaments and joint-school seminars to strengthen the bond and communication between all True Light schools.

Principal Lee Yi Ying believes that the school should not only inherit traditional culture, but also cultivate students to be innovative. Thus, the school has organized a variety of events and revamped some of the classrooms and turned them into special activity rooms where students can unlock their potential.

The school has a positive teacher-student relationship, and the KTLS girls revere and look up to Principal Lee as she is caring and assiduous. Principal Lee emphasizes the importance of showing virtuous characters during interviews, for KTLS girls should know how to respect others and have a good learning attitude.
