Be the Light – Learning Perseverance in the “Gin Drinkers Line” Field trip
To practice our school motto, “Thou Art the Light of the World,” the Chinese History and History Departments co-organized the “Gin Drinkers Line” Field trip on 19 November. Students walked on the route of the War of Resistance Against Japan in the past through the trenches and felt how the army persevered at that time. Through the activity, our students reflected on the meaning of “Peace”.
