To mark the 20th anniversary of the Hong Kong Literature Special Collection, the CUHK Library and the CUHK Centre for Hong Kong Literary Studies co-organized the “Hong Kong Literature Archive – 20th Anniversary Exhibition of the Hong Kong Literature Special Collection at the Chinese University of Hong Kong Library”. There are four zones in the exhibition: Rare Books, Newspapers and Magazines, Writers’ Possession, and Digital Starry Sky. Students can rummage through the drawers of Hong Kong’s literary memory, engage with history through books and periodicals, partake of writers’ wisdom and interests, and survey the vastness, order and novelty of the world of digital humanities. Our students were given a chance to go on a campus tour with our graduates who are currently studying Chinese Language at CUHK, through which they were immersed in the university environment and bolstered their passion for Chinese literature.
