Accompanied by Ms. Aira To (President of our Alumni Association), our alumnae under Project Legacy of the Police Force including Ms. Cheng Lai Ki (Chief Superintendent of Police), Ms. Kwok Sin Ting (Senior Inspector) and Ms. Li Kin Sum (Chief Inspector of Police), Principal Lee and Mr. Ng King Fai (Assistant Principal), our student participants conducted an interview with Mr. Raymond Siu Chak Yee, the Commissioner of Police, at the headquarters of the Hong Kong Police Force on 15 December, 2022. It was our honour to be given the opportunity to interview the leader of the Police Force, who generously shared with us the multifarious aspects of his work, interspersed with intriguing anecdotes abounding in Mr. Siu’s career. With insights drawn from a lifetime’s work, the police veteran also illuminated on the relevance of justice, integrity, compassion and self-control to police work – these are the four virtues at the centre of our values education project.
