Visiting the Peninsula Hotel
8 students of Tourism and Hospitality were given a rare opportunity to visit various departments of the famous Peninsula Hotel, including rooms, food and beverage, front desk reception and kitchen, etc., and to exchange views with experienced hotel staff. Through the field trip and the refreshments, the students gained a deeper understanding of the hotel industry and gained a lot of insights.
