Our school’s Chinese History Department actively participated in the ‘2023 Annual Chinese Historical Figures Election: Art and Energy’ organized by the Centre of National History Education (Hong Kong). On 16 October, we led our Chinese History students to attend the inauguration ceremony and academic seminar. In addition, our school has recently joined the Teaching Quality Circle, demonstrating our commitment to enhancing students’ understanding of the artistic pursuits of Chinese literati and fostering an appreciation for the ideological connotations embedded in traditional Chinese art. This year, we aim to integrate aesthetic appreciation of art with moral cultivation through a thoughtfully curated series of activities.
