“Applications of Mathematics in STEAM world: Mathematical Modelling in Materials Science – From Theory Practice to Business Start-up” Talk
On 1 March, 31 S4 students were led by Dr. Yim Man Shun, Head of Mathematics Department to participate in the EDB seminar, namely, the “Distinguished Lecture Series on Applications of Mathematics in STEAM world: Mathematical Modelling in Materials Science – From Theory Practice to Business Start-up”, presented by Prof. Tso Chi Yan and Dr. Martin Zhu. Our students gained valuable insights into different STEAM theories and how they are implemented in the real world.
