Bearing the spirit of the school motto“Thou Art the Light of the World”, the National and Social Caring Committee and Religious Affairs Committee visited True Light Villa District Elderly Community Centre on 6 February. The students prepared games, guzheng performances, and a New Year interactive theater to spend a joyful afternoon with the elderly residents. They also showed care for their needs, prayed for them, and brought love and the gospel to the elderly. True Light Villa was established in Hong Kong in 1984 by True Light alumni. Originally intended to provide residence and care for alumni and retired staff, it has since extended its services to benefit elderly individuals throughout Hong Kong. Visiting True Light Villa during the Lunar New Year has become a tradition of our school.
