Visual Arts Gifted Education Program in Beijing
The Curriculum Development Institute of the Education Bureau organized a ten-day “Visual Arts Gifted Education Program in Beijing”, and S3 Lin Selina was honored to be selected to participate in the program. At the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Selina attended a seven-day intensive course, systematically learning observation methods and creative thinking. Additionally, she visited the “Galloping Through Time: Digital Reimagination of Horse Art and Culture” exhibition and the National Museum’s “Clear Winds for Miles” exhibition, gaining insight into the artists’ craftsmanship and passion for creation. Selina shared her experiences and observations with the entire school during a morning assembly. This study tour not only stimulated student’s artistic potential but also gave her a profound appreciation of the depth of Chinese culture.
