From 29 March to 2 April, over thirty teachers and students from our school visited Sichuan to embark on a journey of sustainable development. This exchange aimed to acquaint students with the nation’s achievements in ecological and cultural conservation. They visited the Wolong Panda Reserve (Shenshuping Panda Base) and, in collaboration with national conservation organisations, served as volunteer panda keepers. They also undertook various learning tasks at the Sanxingdui Museum. In addition, they learned about the solidarity and rescue efforts during the Sichuan earthquake and the heroic deeds of the teachers at Wenchuan Primary School, fostering students’ sense of civic responsibility.
