To encourage students to transform words into images and culture into taste memories, enhancing their deep understanding of Chinese culinary culture, creative expression, and ability to use artificial intelligence, the Reading Promotion Committee guided several students in participating in the “Wonderful Impressions Series: A Journey of AI and Cultural Integration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area — AI Generated Drawing Design Competition.” This was organised by the Hong Kong Educational Equipment Industry Association (HKEEIA) and the “Ming Pao Education Service” in the “Ming Pao Division”— the “Student AIGC 4-Panel Comic Competition”. The following students’ works stood out among over 3,000 entries. The list of winners is as follows:

The Reading Promotion Committee and student Kong Zhao Yu from Form 5 were recently invited to attend the award ceremony for the competition. The ceremony was held on the first day of the “ECA Expo 2026” on 16 May at the main stage in Hall 3DE of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. During the ceremony, Kong Zhao Yu was also interviewed by a special correspondent from “Ming Pao,” where they shared insights into their creative process and experiences with AI technology, showcasing the outstanding talents of our students.
