To help students gain a more concrete understanding of the annual theme, unleash their potential, and contribute to the community, we specially invited Dr. Vicky Ho to share her insights on “How to Position Yourself” on 11 September. Dr. Vicky Ho is an alumna of our school, achieving outstanding results in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) and attaining 4 distinctions and 1 credit in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s and Ph.D. in Communication from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a Master’s degree in Museum Studies from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom. Dr. Ho has worked as an advertising copywriter and taught subjects including communication, advertising, creative industries, and public speaking at various tertiary institutions. She currently serves as an adjunct lecturer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Drawing from her personal experiences and observations, Dr. Ho delivered a lively and engaging presentation that greatly inspired the students.
